Who we are

Your Star Above is a trading name of COMPANY_NAME_AND_NUMBER, registered office REGISTERED_OFFICE. Contact: hello@yourstarabove.com.

What you're buying

When you name a star with us, we record your chosen name against a real star in our own register and will never name that star again. Star names in our register are a keepsake. They are not recognised by the International Astronomical Union or any scientific body, and they give no ownership of anything in space.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

Making and delivery

Physical items are made to order within 2 working days and sent by Royal Mail within the UK. Delivery times are estimates. Digital files are available from your order page once ready.

Cancellations and returns

Every item is personalised to your instructions, so the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once we have started making it. If you need a change, contact us straight away and we'll help if we haven't started.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we'll remake it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
